T-Rex - an early vegetarian

T-Rex - an early vegetarian

I've often wondered how some turn into ex-veggies. It seems we should be asking that question of the earliest vegetarians - T-Rexes!

A new creationist museum is stating that everyone's favourite dinosaur had to be a veggie if they were to live with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden and get a lift on the Ark .

So, what was it that drove the mighty beast to give up its healthy and sustainable diet? Perhaps the meteorite never killed off the dinosaurs - it was their environmentally unsound diet - all that saturated fat and global warming!

If there are any T-Rexes out there I suggest you pop down to your local health store and try some Redwoods or Fry's veggie meat, or even some soya milk - you'll be surprised how much it has improve over the last few 100 million years.

Note to science writers: stop confusing vegetarian with herbivore!
